TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve our right to cancel if:

• Early return (remember the ocean is unpredictable and your safety comes first)
• If for the above reasons we decide to cancel the trip, you can choose between refund or rescheduling your dives.

• Responsibility waiver has to be signed before departure
• Full payment has to be done before the dives
• Marine life encounters are not guaranteed
• Cancellations 48 or more hours before the event are refundable at 70% of the total.
• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the dive are refundable at 50% of the total.
• Cancellations a day prior to the event are non-refundable.
• If you don’t arrive on time for the check in we will not be able to do any refund
