TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve our right to cancel if:
- Early return (remember the ocean is unpredictable and your safety comes first)
- If for the above reasons we decide to cancel the trip, you can choose between refund or rescheduling your dives.
REMEMBER
- Responsibility waiver has to be signed before departure
- Full payment has to be done before the dives
- Marine life encounters are not guaranteed
- Cancellations 48 or more hours before the event are refundable at 70% of the total.
- Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the dive are refundable at 50% of the total.
- Cancellations a day prior to the event are non-refundable.
- If you don’t arrive on time for the check in we will not be able to do any refund
